An assessment and appropriate investigations to establish a diagnosis or diagnoses (as there is often more than one) will follow before a series of potential solutions and outcomes are discussed with you.

You will receive a questionnaire to complete prior to your first appointment.

What to bring to your first appointment:

- The results of any previous tests or investigations.
